One Wave Festival is a Pacific Indigenous arts and culture festival produced by Pacific Peoples’ Partnership since 2007 on unceded Lekwungen territory. The Festival is Canada’s only annual celebration of Coastal Indigenous, Melanesian, Polynesian and Micronesian culture and art. We recognize and honor unique relationships spanning the Pacific Ocean, as well as our shared lands and waters, by providing space for meaningful relationships, conversations and community between Pacific Islanders and Indigenous peoples. One Wave Festival is an inclusive and participatory program, with significant opportunities for youth and public engagement. To get involved as an artist, group or volunteer, please contact us. 2017 marks the 10th Annual One Wave Festival. This year, we are pleased to be working in collaboration with MediaNet and local artists to produce a spectacular program, featuring unforgettable public art installations. Stay tuned for more.
