Andy Telfer
Advisor
Andy has worked in the nonprofit sector for 35 years, starting with environmental groups and expanding to many sectors of impact-focused work. He has held leadership and advisory positions provincially and nationally. Andy’s consulting practice Rock your Nonprofit provides revenue diversification planning, strategic plan development, executive director coaching and more. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Conestoga College. Originally from Kitchener, Ontario, Andy lives in Victoria, BC where he enjoys hiking coastal mountains and training for triathlons.
