Social Media Community Manager
Jack Milliken is of white-settler European descent and currently resides on the traditional and unceded territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən Peoples of the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations in Victoria, BC. He was born in British Columbia and spent most of his time as a child and teenager growing up on the Northern end of Vancouver Island, in towns Sayward and Campbell River, which are the traditional and unceded territories of the K’omoks, We Wai Kai and Wei Wai Kum First Nations.
With a passion for hiking and exploring the outdoors, as well as protecting and advocating for the health and prosperity of the natural environment, Jack has pursued his interests through post-secondary education, recently completing a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Sociology at the University of Victoria.
